Fishermans Cottage Reviews

Tracy
Great place to stay - Could not fault the property, or it's location.
Jane
We stay at Fisherman's Cottage regularly. It's lovely cosy cottage in a fabulous location about a minister's walk to the beautiful quiet clean sandy beach. The cottage has a personal feel to it which makes it really welcoming - home from home. Highly recommended!
Caroline
Comfortable cottage in lovely location. Being able to walk to the beach in a few minutes especially welcome as we had young children with us.
Jan
Very perfect little cottage with a suntrap of a courtyard garden. Pet friendly and within a stone's throw of the beach. Have to say we found the stairs quite steep!
Linda
We found Fishermans Cottage to be a lovely place to stay. It was everything we could have wished for
Kevin
Fishermans Cottage is a fabulous place in a great location so close to the beach. We enjoyed our beach walks, as did our dog Koko. Will definitely be going back, you know when you find your favourite bolt hole, well Fishermans Cottage is ours.
Kevin
This was our second visit to Fishermans Cottage will certainly be coming back. Our Labrador loved the beach and sea. Excellent value and ideal location .
Sue
Great property. Close to the beach and in walking distance to shop and restaurant.
Kathryn
Our stay at Fishermans Cottage couldnââ?¬â?¢t have been any better. We had a very comfortable stay, we slept so well. We didnââ?¬â?¢t want for anything in the cottage as everything had been thought of. The beach, being only a two minute walk away, is amazingly clean with such lovely soft sand that seems to go on for ever, our dog loved it. The Poachers Pocket is just a five minute walk and is a very dog friendly pub, with a convenience store a bit further on.
Alice
Absolutely loved our stay!
Gillian
This is a lovely cosy cottage. Private sun trap garden with comfy furniture to relax in whether you have been out or just want an hour of peace. You can actually hear the sea sometimes. The bed is also very comfortable. We found we had everything we needed Very near to the lovely beach.ðŸâ?? This was our 5th stay there and we will definitely be back.
Carolyn Jane
Had a wonderful week. Just wished the places to dine out were a bit nearer. However it didn't spoil our holiday.
June
Lovely clean and well equipped homely little cottage. . Stairs were very steep but got use to it after a couple of days . It was lovely to be so near to the beach within a minutes walk which our Jack Russell loved .and the local pub poachers pocket was within a few minutes walk along the beach which has friendly staff and the food was good and dog friendly .
Melissa
No we loved our stay and couldnââ?¬â?¢t have asked for better. We would definitely go back again.
Tony
Lovely cottage really close to the beach, but this made parking a bit of an issue as it was popular with dog walkers and we often came back to find nowhere to park. The local cafe (Watson's) is well worth a visit. The two local pubs were no more than average for our taste, but The Star Inn at Lessingham was fabulous. But this is obviously subjective.
Kate
Lovely cosy and comfortable cottage. Well equipped. In a fantastic location for dog walks on the beach. Easy to park in street outside cottage.
Nigel
Lovely little cottage right on the beach road. We went in January when very quiet. Small rear paved garden which is good for dog use. Steep stairs in cottage but not unexpected for size and age. Overall an enjoyable stay and well equipped kitchen. Take your own hairdryer.
David
Stayed here for Xmas week. Cosy cottage with log burner, very quiet, nice neighbours, long walks along beach with Rookie our collie. Would highly recommend, we shall be returning.
