Lovely cottage, perfectly located very close to town. Very well decorated and excellent amenities. Thanks to Zoe for all her helpful advice during our visit
Little Leveret cottage is a beautifully presented cottage with everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. The cottage is spotlessly clean. The beds are comfortable and Mrs Puffins AKA Cara handwash provided in the bathroom smells beautiful. Zoe, the owner left thoughtful treats which were greatly received and a folder of information which was useful. The location is fantastic. It literally takes 5 minutes to walk into the centre of Keswick. We will be back to this cottage again. Thank you sooo much Zoe.
Little leveret cottage is a superb holiday cottage, very clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated to a very high standard. Very well situated in a quiet part of Keswick. Excellent.
Clean, comfortable, great location, and very well equipped, a lovely cottage with very nice contemporary decoration blended superbly with the traditional, will be heading back.

Excellent accommodation, everything we needed and it was just great for a holiday stay, and it was next to all amenities, could not ask for anymore . Thank you plus if you have dogs then they will love it
This was our third stay at Little Leveret Cottage. It's in an excellent location, being only a few minutes walk to the shops, pubs & coffee shops in Keswick. The cottage is so clean, comfortable & the lovely owners are helpful and keen that everything is just right. We would definitely recommend & we will return
Our return visit to Little Leveret cottage and it's just as fabulous as the first time. A real haven, ideally situated near Keswick centre and Derwent Water. Plenty of walks to enjoy, along with coffee shops, pubs & restaurants. A real home from home, thanks so much Zoe & Rob.
The ppty was excellent as, having stayed at numerous holiday cottages, the owners of LLC greatly exceeded our expectations. They provided lots of things we usually find we have to take ourselves or purchase locally. These included firewood, fire lighters, torches, numerous maps, games, dvds, etc., plus a welcome box containing wine, chocs, biscuits and local info. Fantastic. The ppty itself was cosy, warm grt central heating, and v close to town centre. Parking could be a problem but we coped ok. The neighbour access issue proved a tiny bit awkward too. I thought a stranger was putting dog poo and rubbish in our bin! Also, she isnt exactly easy to get on with. We had to leave a day early funeral and my wife was placing the bags outside for me to take to the car. Our quiet dog got out for a few seconds without a lead and the lady happened to be there. She was v grumpy!

This lovely little cottage is well located and had everything we could want. WiFi and TV excellent.
A beautiful house, so well equipped, clean and finished to a high standard. Lovely towels and bedding too. Couldnt fault it, the nicest house weve stayed in. Great location for Keswick too.
Property was nicely presented although not very clean. Examples include layers of dusk on the bathroom edges around the walls with tissue litter and dog hairs down the sides of the sofa and grubby rug. The vacuum cleaner under the stairs was out of charge ncluding the spare battery, which wasn't charging up, so had to be moved to a different plug to charge and use, its a small thing but would have been useful to use as the floor was dirty when we arrived. Outdoor space was clearly listed as shared access with the rear houses, however we were rudely reminded by the woman from no 2 midway through the week when we sat outside on the table and chairs that they used the route frequently and we must keep it clear at all times..we were and we had done exactly that? Otherwise the stay was pleasant and in a good location.
Little Leveret Cottage was superb and cannot recommend it high enough. We will certainly look to see if we can book again, next time we book in Keswick. However I did have a bad experience with the Sykes staff when making the booking, so really not sure I want to use Sykes again sorry.
We had the most wonderful stay in Little Leveret Cottage, it was spotlessly clean, warm and had everything you could possibly think of available to use. My parents had originally planned to come with us for the week and stay in the cottage but a last minute change meant they were unable to, however, I think this probably worked in their favour as mum has limited mobility and uses a stick to walk, she would most definitely be unable to get up the narrow spiral stairs up to the bedrooms. These were a challenge after a long day walking in the fells, but the comfort of the bed and the beautifully decorated rooms made the climb worth it Will most definitely recommend and will return to this beautiful little cottage just 5 mins easy walk from Keswick town centre.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Leveret Cottage! Loved the decor and appreciated the high quality amenities and quickly felt at home. Great location too!

A beautiful cottage with everything provided that was needed for the week. Very clean, tidy and comfortable. Loved the hand wash, voucher and mint cake too
Brenda
Little leveret cottage was lovely. Wonderfully equipped and very clean. Beds were so comfortable. Loads of drawer and wardrobe space and the showers were perfect. Close to fitz park which was great for my 17 year old dog. Close to Keswick town centre but the cottage was in a very quiet area. Would highly recommend.
The cottage is well presented and all effort has been rewarded by the owners. All clean and tidy, provided with every item you would need, Internet very good as well. Location is close to all ammeneties for the Keswick high street and the parks, 5 to 10 mins gets you into the heart of it. Very quiet cottage even for the Easter period, parking can be an issue at the very busy times, you just have to be patient and crawl the streets. But any other time is no problem.
We had such a lovely time, its an amazing cottage and well book again as we did last time. We love Keswick and we love The Lakes
Absolutely amazing such a well equipped cottage really loved our stay there
This cottage is beautiful, it is filled with high quality furnishings and fittings , comfortable beds which you dont want to get out of , everything you could possibly want in the kitchen and more. The only downside was the lack of parking and the very narrow steps at the top of the staircase but theres nothing can be done about that. Very convenient for the town centre and all the amenities. Great place to stay.
Elisabeth
Extremely comfortable cottage, very well appointed with lovely touches. Easy access to parks for dogs and walks. Well situated for getting around without using a car, overall superb.
Very high standard and lots of kitchen equipment I hadn't expected.
Quality accessories and comfortable cottage. Great location for centre of Keswick and walking.
Lovely cosy well equipped property. Decor and furnishings very modern and to a high standard. Location excellent. Owners have thought of everything with all the little extras. Sitting out area a real sun trap as it got the sun all day. First time at this cottage and would definitely return.
