Fell View sleeps families and couples well. It has a well-equipped kitchen, underfloor heating throughout, a back porch drying room and patio furniture seating six. A cot and highchair are available. The zip-link bed can be made up as a double or twin on request.

Castlerigg Stone Circle is 1.5 miles away (5 mins). Derwentwater lake shore is under a mile (3 mins). Honister Slate Mine is 9 miles (20 mins). Ullswater is 17 miles (30 mins).

This was our second stay. The location is excellent close to town, but quiet. Also, room for two small cars is rare in Keswick. The space and facilities are also excellent enough room for two people to do yoga at the same time! The drying room came in very handy this year. Clean, comfortable and relaxing are the adjectives I would choose to describe this property. Our only grouse was that the smoke alarm is very sensitive anyone liking well done toast beware!
The only way this excellent house could be improved is by having some more outside sitting and recreation space. This is not really a criticism, more a wish. This is a great place for a break in the lakes and i will strongly consider coming for a 3rd stay.

The house is extremely well equipped with private parking and a short walk into the main square either along the main road or through the park. The views from every window are fantastic and the owners have used strong colour accents in the furniture and soft furnishings thoughout the property, giving a modern clean feel.
Fabulous accommodation, ideally placed and the parking is a real bonus. The owner is very welcoming and kept us in the loop. A very stress free time away!
Our third visit to this superb property. It is a home from home with everything you need for a visit to the Lakes whether for energetic walking total relaxation or a combination of both. The location within Keswick is ideal and it has all the facilities you need and all of them to the highest standard. Faultless!

Lovely house in a great, quiet location, only a short walk into the centre of Keswick. The house was warm, comfortable and finished to a high standard. The kitchen was lovely and very well equipped. We loved the upside down layout which provided great views.
Just had two lovely weeks at Fell View & this was our 3rd visit its such a comfortable clean home with everything you need & the very nice friendly owners came to the rescue when the kettle stopped working & we had a new one the day after. We love our time in the lakes & Fell View is a nice space to come back to at the end of the day. Would highly recommend it

The house has everything you could possibly need. Very clean and comfortable. A real home from home. Ideally situated for walks, the town, supermarket in a quiet location.
Another excellent comfortable stay in this well appointed cottage. There is plenty of walking from the door or a host of routes available by car or bus. Everything we needed is available in the cottage, making for a relaxing week.
A lovely wellequipped house in a beautiful area, highly recommended. This was our third stay, we really like the layout of the house, plenty of space for a growing family! The mattress felt a bit soft this year but maybe that's just me... Already booked again for next year

What an amazing house in a fantastic location. So well equipped it has everything you could need and so much more! Thank you for the Prosecco and biscuits they were a lovely welcome when we arrived. Stunning house and will definitely be returning next year.
We all agreed that, in our 38 years of coming to Keswick, this was the best cottage we had stayed in. There was so much space inside, beautiful views, parking for up to three cars, and a quiet location, but close to everything. The quality of the everything inside the house was excellent and everything that you could possibly need was provided.
Could not really fault the property. Superbly renovated, modern, comfortable and functional. Very well situated to be within easy walking distance of town. An excellent pub with very good food just up the hill towards the bypass. Only comment might be that parking for 2 cars was a bit tight.
I already left feedback in the visitors book. Superb holiday rental ticked all the boxes including price. One very minor issue was a faulty light switch in the lounge area, but it did not detract from a brilliant week in Keswick aided by 7 days of glorious weather.

Second time weve stayed here. Beautiful property, super clean, well located, excellent amenities and an EV charger! We absolutely love this property and will be back. Not criticisms of property as its beautifullly appointed, hosts are great and it has more amenities than any other cottage weve stayed in but some things to note if youre coming with young kids the travel cot is likely better for younger less mobile infants. If you have a kid thats pulling up or moving, it may be better to bring your own. the high chair is the Red Kite one thats often provided at holiday cottages and has quite a recline on it that better suits older toddlers. Our son can sit absolutely fine, but needed a bit of support not to slump back. We used a cushion. The inflatable insert for ikea high chairs would be a good shout to pack. The above arent criticisms at all, just tips for any fellow parents looking at what theyd need to pack. Absolutely wonderful cottage. Cant wait for our next stay.
This is our second stay at this superb holiday home. It is perfect in terms of the property, the facilities and the location. The EV charging is a real bonus and the revised layout at the back of the property makes it much easier to park our car. We have been coming to properties in the Lakes for 40 years and this is definitely the best!

This was one of the best equipped cottages we have ever stayed at, im not sure there was anything missing in the kitchen! The back porch drying room was ingenious, and very welcome as it was a very wet new year! It was a lovely cottage to relax and spend time with the family. The upside down house meant you had fantastic viewsnof the fells. We did lots of walks from the cottage Skiddaw, Stone Circle, Cat Bells, High Seat, Friars Crag and didnt need to drive anywhere. The house is in a really central location 5 to 10 mins walk to Coop and Booths but in a quiet cul de sac. Loads of places to eat out and have a drink. The EV charger was very welcome too! Room for 2 cars and bikes in a shed.
The property is wonderful and is even better than expected. The welcome card and treats were so lovely and started our Christmas celebrations. The Christmas tree was an added bonus. Mary replied to any questions we had and was very accommodating about our arrival time. The property is very well located in Keswick. We really enjoyed our stay. Than you.

The cottage is in a great location, quiet and close to the town. The owners have gone out of their way to provide an excellent experience for their guests. Instructions for the appliances are clear ensuring ease of use. Well equipped, quality fixtures and fittings. Highly recommended.

This is a beautiful holiday home, really the highest standard we have stayed in. The large open plan living area is upstairs making the most of the fantastic views. All the appliances are of the best quality and there was plenty of crockery and cutlery. The curtains in all of the bedrooms kept out the light....this is a first out of the holiday lets we have stayed in. It is also in a very convenient and quiet location, a short walk to shops , Fitz Park and the centre of town and the Lake.

Excellent week at a well equipped and very comfortable cottage. The location was perfect for us, easy to walk from the doorstep, beautiful views and yet just a few minutes walk from the facilities in Keswick. A must mention is the well stocked bookshelf. Lake District wet weather walks book suggested one of our favourite hikes of the week, the drizzle notwithstanding

We have been renting Heart of the Lakes properties for nigh on 40 years and Fell View is one of the best if not the best we have ever stayed in. The comfort, standard of finish, facilities, location and attention from the owners was superb. Having an EV charger, a lockable bike storage and ease of parking were great assets for us. Cannot recommend this holiday home high enough.

This was a lovely property in a great position within a short walk to Keswick centre. Some other lovely walks from the house without the need to use the car. The house had all the facilities we could require and was very well presented. Good parking for 2 cars and easy access to routes for Windermere and surrounding areas. Very much enjoyed our stay and would certainly book again if going back to Keswick.

It had everything we needed and more! including a stair gate, which is essential when holidaying with toddlers. The owners were very helpful, both before and during our stay.
