The cottage sleeps up to 6 across three bedrooms. The first floor has a double-or-twin bedroom. The second floor has two double bedrooms both with TVs. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with an electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge-freezer. There's a log fire in the sitting room with leather sofas and a handmade wooden dining table.
Castlerigg Stone Circle is 1.5 miles away (5 mins). Derwentwater boat trips launch from the town (10 mins walk). Catbells fell walk starts 3 miles away (8 mins). The Pencil Museum is a 5-minute walk from the cottage.
