Fantastic location and really nice cottage but let down by lack of cleaning things like cutlerycrockery drawers really dirty with lots of crumbs etc, skirting boards filthy, some bedding stained etc. And no basics like shower gel, or tea & coffee

This was our third stay at Noble Cottage and we love it. The location is great and the parking space is a bonus. The cottage is comfortable, clean and has everything you need. Look forward to staying again soon.

Noble Cottage is ideally situated within minutes of the town centre and has the benefit of private parking for one car.

First time at Noble Cottage and we were impressed with the parking and the house itself, we have stayed in many places in Keswick but this was the most central with great parking. The house itself is big enough with a well equipped kitchen and ample seating in the lounge and the beds were really comfortable. The internet was fast enough for those who need it.we will visit again no doubt.

Amazing character house just minutes from the town centre and fitz park. We loved staying here.

The only thing we had a small problem with was on a personal note that the nearest toilet from the ground floor was on the first floor and being oldies going up and down the stairs was tiring. Other than that the Cottage was Fantastic and the location was brilliant.

We enjoyed a lovely Easter break with family. The property could easily accommodate the six adults in our group and also our dogs. There is a fourth bedroom with two single beds, which would allow some flexibility in terms of shared bedrooms but the property only advertises as being suitable for six people which is sensible. The kitchen was well equipped, I was able to cook a full roast dinner on Easter Sunday and the washing machine saw plenty of use as there were three keen runners in our group. There is a dishwasher which is always welcome. We brought our own dishwasher tablets and washing powder but there was certainly dishwasher tablets provided. There is only a small outdoor space at the rear of the property but given the fact you are so close to the centre this is not really an issue. It is five minutes walk from Booths and similar to the Moot Hall in the town centre. The guest book is full of people returning for second and third visits and we too are planning our return. A family easter break in Keswick might become a permanent fixture in the diary and we would happily choose Noble Cottage again.

This was our second stay at Noble Cottage and we will hopefully visit again soon. The cottage is spacious, extremely clean and a perfect location in the centre of Keswick. Having a car parking space is great too.

This was our 4th stay at Noble Cottage with our friends . It is absolutely a home from home. It's bright and clean and has everything in the kitchen you could possibly need which is a rarity. ! the beds are incredibly comfortable and the 4 of us had the best nights sleep the entire week . Of course the absolute bonus is that it has it's own parking space at the rear of the property. I have been booking properties in Keswick for about 40 years and can honestly say that Noble cottage is the best of the best.

Nice cosy cottage, well equipped. Visited with our 2 dogs. Loved Keswick great shops, pubs & restaurants. Lots of walks from the door or a short drive away. Parking space was easy to access and very welcome. Not ideal not having a garden with the dogs, but we knew that when we booked. There is just a very small gravel yard and the shared grass mentioned in the listing has a big sign saying no dog fouling so a bit unsure if we should use it. There is a car park round the corner with a grassy area so we used to walk to that. Had a great holiday.

Beautifully presented cottage in the centre of Keswick, with very modern decor. Very clean on arrival with a welcome pack on the table. Lovely comfy beds and a large bathroom on the first floor. Really well equipped kitchen for staying in and cooking nights. Only downside is seating in the living room for 4 adults and 2 teenage children was not enough for us all to sit comfortably together. Would definitely stay here again we loved it

What a lovely cottage in a great location and with a proper designated parking spot. We were surprised to find there were 4 bedrooms, only stated 3 in the listing. Very clean, beds extremely comfortable and a very well equipped kitchen.

Everything about the property was excellent. Very clean on arrival and the welcome gift was a lovely surprise. The rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. The location was ideal and having a parking space too was appreciated. We cant wait to visit again.

A great cottage in a fantastic location. The house was very spacious and comfortable and on a quiet street just around the corner from all the amenities of Keswick town centre. The parking space was a real bonus too. Would definitely return.

This was our third year staying at Noble Cottage with our two friends . We all were impressed .....again .....with the cleanliness everywhere. Over the years we've stayed in many holiday cottages and there are usually some signs of wear and tear, this is not the case at Noble Cottage . The beds are really comfortable this is a rarity i can tell you The whole house is beautifully furnished and maintained and as always the real bonus is the parking space . All credit to the owners for keeping this house in tip top condition . Many thanks.

Lovely cottage with really good facilities in a location right in the centre of Keswick.

As I explained to the Sykes representative over the phone, the house was not as clean as we expected. Certainly it was not as clean as the last time we stayed in it a four or five years ago. Food was still in pans stinking out the cupboard, food remains were over the cutlery, the sinks were not clean and so on.

Beautiful property, had everything we needed. The parking space was particularly appreciated, with a perfect location right in the centre of Keswick. Will definitely return!

Really enjoyed our stay at Noble cottage, great location and good to have a private parking space. Only thing I forgot to mention was the main bathroom sink was very slow to drain, its certainly blocking but didnt cause an issue. Would stay at Noble cottage again. Thanks.

Stayed here with family to celebrate my 60th birthday. The cottage is lovely & very spacious. Ideally situated in the centre of Keswick. Great to have a parking space to the rear of the property. Bottle of fizz on arrival was a lovely touch!

Noble cottage was perfect for our first Christmas trip away. A lovely surprise to see it was decorated for Christmas when we arrived and the bottle of Prosecco was a really welcoming touch. The cottage itself was immaculate and plenty of space for four adults and a dog. The parking situation was really handy, with a private parking space directly behind the cottage and plenty of free parking on the street at the front. The cottage is situated a two minute walk from Keswick centre so a great location. Well definitely be back!

The details about a super king bed are completely untrue and ruined our stay. There is no bed that size. Unfortunately I am unable to email anyone as Sykes don't use emails anymore I am told by their help centre so its on here instead.

This was our first stay at Noble Cottage. It was lovely! Major bonus being the parking space out the back right by back door! As parking can be difficult in busy months so this was great! Also the location is fabulous minutes walk to the town and shops and also to the nearest coop. The property was clean and well equipped and a lovely base to return to after a day out and about! Lovely to have a bottle of prosecco on arrival and some biccies! The steps to the 2nd floor are v steep so be careful! We enjoyed our stay and will probably be back! Thanks!

In 50 years of coming to keswick and staying in a holiday cottage Noble House is the best one for comfort , facilities and being near the town Centre. It was like staying in some ones much loved family home. Being dog friendly was great but the real bonus, after many years of scouring the streets for parking ,was that a parking space is provided at the back of the property . We will definitely be coming back to Noble House. The only query I have is why it's listed as accommodation for 6 when it clearly can comfortably take 8 people. ? Plus, there are 3 toilets which is not obvious from the description . Only minor details I know but if, as is usually the case , I was looking to book a holiday home for my family of 8 people then Noble Cottage is one I would have scrolled by.
