Stunning little property only a minutes walk to the edge of town. Everything you could possibly need is there with the underfloor heating a real treat on a morning. Communication with the owner was first class would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Keswick.

A fabulous property in the centre of Keswick with a very helpful parking space. We had a great stay.
Michael
Clean and cosy cottage with comfortable beds. Very useful to have a parking space right outside the door!

Sunnybank cottage is a comfortable, well equipped and immaculate cottage situated in a quiet street in the centre of Keswick. The parking space at the front of the cottage is an asset and the garden at the back a sun trap to relax after a day out on the fells. The property is very well maintained by the owners and housekeeping is excellent. This was our third time at Sunnybank and well certainly be back.
Loved staying here, parking outside is a godsend. . I have stayed in Keswick many many times over the years and that has always been an issue trying to find a parking place. This is an ideal location would love to stay here again
Lovely well appointed accommodation. Clean, comfortable & well equipped. Very convenient for amenities in Keswick. Parking an added bonus. Highly recommend.
Brilliant cottage, super clean and cosy. Very quiet area and close to all amenities. Parking a plus. Lovely owners and great communication. Would definitely stay again and look at their other properties too. Thankyou for a lovely stay in our favourite Lakes town. Helen and Garry.
We loved Sunnybank Cottage. Its central location and designated parking place was perfect for us. It was warm and cosy during a week when the temperature hovered around freezing and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Melissa
A beautiful cottage with everything you could need. Clean and comfortable in an excellent location to explore Keswick. Would highly recommend!
Best cottage we've stayed at. Can't fault it in any way. Will definitely book again.
Domini
A lovely property, very well decorated and maintained. Cosy and warm even in awful weather. Good to have parking and ideal for all activities in Keswick. The only thing to suggest is a Cafetiere and personally for me a more comfortable mattress. Won't stop us rebooking. Wonderful.
George
Fantastic time at Sunnybank Cottage which was perfect for us. 2 en suite bedrooms and downstairs toilet a real bonus. Everything very clean and tidy, well equipped and had been decorated for Christmas which was lovely. Location is terrific, extremely handy for all Keswick has to offer whilst being very quiet and peaceful. Very good outside space too if visiting in summertime and parking directly outside the cottage another plus. We definitely hope to return.
Anthony
Excellent property. Great facilities and very comfortable. Fabulous location with everything we needed close by.
Graham
Excellent location, facilities. Loved the furnishings and decor. Had all you could want for a 1 or 2 week holiday. Will recommend Sunnybank cottage
Toilet in double bedroom was really dirty under the rim, sealant around showers needs better cleaning and the squeegee for showers are fit for the bin. I and my sister have mobility problem and require to hold onto bannister. The first 3 steps at the bottom of the stairs needs a bannister. Smart tv but is not set up to use iPlayer ie free apps not Netflix or Amazon. Re mobility it would be worth while noting that The Seams is on a slope and some people might find it a bit of a struggle walking up the road. I realise the first comments are negative We did enjoy our stay . The accommodation was comfortable. The garden was great .
Amanda
We had a lovely, comfortable stay at Sunnybank Cottage. Everything you need for a break in the Lakes parking, a place for walking gear, deceptively spacious with plenty of hanging space and cupboards, lovely views from the windows got some brilliant sunsets and a great view in the kitchen diner too!
A very tastefully converted cottage. Beautiful!
This property is possibly the best we have ever stayed in, and we've stayed in a lot over the last 15 years! It had everything we needed, including parking a godsend in Keswick, underfloor heating, a sunny back garden with bike store, lovely views from upstairs, comfy beds, 2 ensuites with amazing showers, WiFi etc. It was just perfect. Being there for New Years Eve around the Moot Hall was extra special. The proximity to the shops, restaurants and lake was great, and still quiet, with it being on a small oneway back street. We would love to go back if they can fit us in!
One of the best properties we have stayed in.
Thomas
Beautiful accommodation, right in the heart if Keswick.
A really comfortable, homely and cosy place to stay. We instantly felt we were home and enjoyed our weeks stay. Perfectly placed for proximity to Keswick town but with easy access to all our favourite photographic places. Thank you.
Anthony
A lovely well maintained & equipped cottage that is close to all amenities. We booked this cottage again before we had our first visit as we were confident that it would meet all our expectations. We look forward to our visit next March. Thanks for a lovely week.
Great cottage, well situated, well equipped, good cleaning, in town but very quiet. We greatly appreciated the email with a personal touch from the owners.
Sunnybank is a lovely cottage in a great location. It is very modern inside with all the facilities that you would need for a weeks holiday. it was spotlessly clean and the showers in both ensuite bathrooms were easy to operate with really good pressure. We had a really comfortable stay and would not hesitate to return.
Fabulous cottage in a superb location! Loved the views from upstairs windows and the availability of so many walks, pubs and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk from the front door, yet still in a quiet area. High spec facilities, 2 ensuites and a downstairs loo for ultimate comfort. Just missed a butter dish and a biscuit cake box!
Sunnybank Cottage is a home from home. It's comfortable, immaculate and ideally situated. The owners went above and beyond when a problem arose and couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming.
Christina
Lovely accommodation would 100 book again
Darren
We couldn't fault our time at Sunnybank. The location was great, 2 minutes from the centre of Keswick. The property was spotless and very well presented. The owners have obviously put a lot of thought and effort into furnishing the cottage. The underfloor heating meant the cottage was lovely and warm when we arrived back from a day out walking. Everything needed was provided, plus some welcome extras such as coffee capsules and the use of OS maps. We have already said we will return soon.
Michael
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is lovely and very well located for all of the amenities. We didnt use our car a lot at all! The property has been finished to a very good standard and we enjoyed having a tv in our room! The only downside was that the property was very cold for the first 24 hours but this was very quickly resolved by the owners. Also we found that when we arrived the floor in the kitchen and lounge wasnt particularly clean but everywhere else was. We would definitely stay again!
The property was extremely comfortable. Beautiful views from the bedrooms and everything that the description promised. Just a note to let you know that the information sent regarding linen would have been useful to receive before leaving home as I do not take take technical equipment on my holiday. As it happens I always strip the bed before leaving, but on this occasion the single beds were not. Your email was not recieved until this morning Regards Mary Harris
A really lovely cottage in a very quiet & central location. One area of concern it would be much safer to have thumb turn door locks on all external doors!
Andrew
Had a fantastic stay. The house is in a great location, but is quiet and private. Comfortable, well equipped and clean. We will be back next year.
Aileen
We love sunnybank and have been twice the only thing we can suggest is more ... We love sunnybank and have been twice the only thing we can suggest is more ambient light in the lounge like couple of lamps if you want to read the light isnt good but apart from that its beautifully presented very clean and everything you need and more
Weve been happy and loyal Lakelovers clients for some years. We were a little worried about the merger with Sykes, as weve had poor reports of Sykes customer service from friends. Now that you are one entity, please take your learning from Lakelovers and continue with their great service etc, as you did for this holiday. Very pleased to see the Lakelovers branding still in place and to find the high standards which we have come to expect from Lakelovers still operating.
Fantastic base, didnt use the car all week. Weather was amazing & allowed us to explore Keswick. Full of home comforts, a lovely home from home.
We have used Lakelovers for many years, all the properties we have used through them are excellent and their service is second to none. Sunnybank Cottage in Keswick is excellent, great location in the heart of Keswick, private parking a real plus, very comfortable, well equipped and with a lovely out door area to soak up the late afternoon evening sun. For those who want to explore the Lakeland fells the cottage places you at the heart of the Derwent fells, Borrowdale and Buttermere fells and Helvellyn range all within 15 to 45 minutes drive.
